Unlike most traditional fitness classes and bootcamps where you're just another number in a big group, we cap our sessions at 12 people so everyone can receive more attention to their individual needs.
Sessions take place 7 days a week at convenient times of the day and are suitable for all levels and abilities.
We follow a monthly program that rotates every week, covering traditional weight training, high intensity interval training and kickboxing, to ensure you the best results possible!
