Team Training

Bridging the gap between one to one personal training and traditional bootcamps, Onpoint Team Training provides fun, diverse and results driven group training for all abilities, from our private gym in Ware.

We utilise a wide range of exercise from HIIT to Strength Training and Kickboxing and limit the classes to 10 people so that everyone receives the individual attention and support they need.

Sessions are 1 hour long and take place 7 days a week. They are £10 each or you can become a member for £80 and attend any session. We recommend you take part in a few different sessions first before committing but when you do, you will become part of our unique fitness community in Hertfordshire.

As a member, not only do we provide extra support and guidance with your nutrition but our private Facebook group and social events calendar means you get a whole bunch of extra support and motivation from fellow team members and plenty to train for throughout the year!

Members also receive a discount on PT sessions for that extra personal help!
