Team Training

WHAT IS TEAM TRAINING?

OnPoint Team Training bridges the gap between traditional bootcamps and one to one personal training, combining a motivating team atmosphere with all the added benefits of having a personal trainer but at a fraction of the cost!

The combination of fun, challenging, full-body workouts and fitness education, make Team Training very effective at reducing excess body weight, whilst improving cardiovascular endurance, increasing lean muscle mass and improving overall wellness.

IS IT FOR ME?

We utilise a wide range of equipment and exercise that develops both muscular and cardiovascular fitness, and provide nutrition advice that promotes safe, effective and sustainable weight loss.

In addition, individuals that participate in a Team Training find that the atmosphere and variety of exercise provides great motivation and combats boredom at the same time, which allows you to become more mentally, physically and energetically involved in the workouts which is key to achieving results and continuing to workout long term.

HOW DO I GET INVOLVED?

Classes take place Monday to Friday at 6am and 7.30pm, Saturday at 9am and Sunday at 10am.

We also have a women's only class every Tuesday and Thursday at 9.30am.

Team Training membership is £80 per month for unlimited classes or £10 pay as you go.

NO CONTRACTS - NO SIGN ON FEE - NO FUSS!

Women's Only Membership is £40 but limited to Tuesday and Thursday or £10 pay as you go.
