Team Training

Unlike standard 'Boot Camps', OnPoint Team Training bridges the gap between one to one personal training and traditional fitness classes and is suitable for all levels and abilities.

Classes are limited to 10 people for more personal attention and they take place Mon-Fri at 6am, 9.30am and 7pm and Saturday at 9am.

Your OnPoint personal trainer will coach and guide you through a full body workout that includes a mix of weight training and conditioning drills to help build strength, improve your fitness and get you into great shape!

We use a wide variety of equipment such as dumbbells, barbells, ropes, sleds and tyres so not only are the workouts challenging but fun and diverse.

Each member will also gain access to our private facebook community group for extra support and motivation.

HOW TO BOOK

You can book yourself on to classes using the timetable below. Click the tab of the class you wish to attend and make an online payment to reserve your space. More than one class can be added and you can also book for a friend.
