Class Timetable

At OnPoint, we have a range of exercise classes, suitable for all levels and abilities.

Team Training

Team Training workouts are fun, varied and challenging, utilising a wide range of equipment, covering everything from weight training to high intensity inteval training, with plenty of team challenges, camaraderie and support from fellow members and our personal trainers. 

Kickboxing

A high energy class, designed to teach you the basics of punching, kicking and self defence. An awesome way to get fit whilst having fun and letting off some steam... a great way to de-stress.

Womens Strength Training

This is a great opportunity for women to get into weight training without the embarassment and fear of not knowing what to do. Led by our female PT Sian, these two classes will teach you everything you need to know in a non-intimidating and motivating environment.

Freestyle Fitness Yoga

Energetic, Thrilling and Funky. A 21st century approach to dynamic yoga & movement.

Pay As You Go - £10 (online only)

Unlimited Classes - £80 (monthly direct debit)

Pay as you go classes can be booked online using the timetable below. As a member, your payment will be a monthly direct debit and you can attend any classes you like. (some may require booking)
