OnPoint is not a membership based gym. We are a team of personal trainers who operate from our own private facility. All training is by appointment only and we have 3 options available;
1) Personal Training - one to one/two to one
2) Team Training - 8 people max
3) Pay as you go Classes - 6-8 people max depending on class

I'm afraid not. All sessions are pre booked and training will only take place under the guidance of an OnPoint personal trainer, either one to one or in a small group according to our timetable.
We don't have set opening hours but our personal trainers often have bookings as early as 6am and as late as 9pm. We are also available 7 days a week so Saturday and Sunday sessions are available.
Team Training requires monthly committment of either 2 or 3 sessions per week. Once you commit, you will be expected to attend every session as part of the programme. In the event that you can not make a session, we can not offer a refund but will try our best to add you onto another class if there is availability.
Online bookings are transferrable but non-refundable. However, we understand that sometimes things come up last minute, so if you know you cant make it, please aim to give us as much notice as possible so we can make the space available to another person. We will also do our best to add you to another class/day if space is available.
Discounts are available for couples sharing a room. Please get in touch for more info.
Sure! There's nothing worse than making a financial commitment only to find out you're not 100% happy. So all enquiries are welcome to book a free consultation and taster session. We're confident in our ability but it's important to us that you are also and that you feel comfortable training at OnPoint. Trial sessions will be subject to availability.
