Team Training

Bridging the gap between one to one personal training and traditional bootcamps, Onpoint Team Training provides fun, diverse and results driven group training sessions for all abilities. 

We utilise a wide range of equipment and exercise and limit the classes between 8-10 people so that everyone receives the individual attention and support they need.

As a team training member, you will become part of a unique fitness community and gain access to our private Facebook group which contains nutrition advice, recipes and has become a great networking area for clients.
